and what i really really love about them is how they are all so different and all so special in their own way
anna and ricky's wedding last saturday was no exception
it was a beautiful mass made even more beautiful, i thought, for the inclusion of 'i watch the sunrise'
the reception venue was super: converted stables surrounding a courtyard where the children could safely play, a wonderful meal (with sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce - yumm!!), and as much coffee as you could drink - bliss!!
and the wedding party!!
anna looked stunning!! the most wonderful dress - i have never seen her look so lovely!
clare was as pretty as ever and the flower-girls, kezia and isabelle, as cute as could be
elizabeth was a truly elegant mother of the bride
the men were all dishy mcdish in their tails - barry gave a lovely 'father of the bride' speech and ricky and the best man were jolly good too
both stella and family and frankie and alex were guests and the other guests included heaps of my very good friends
it was a very special day!!
. . . but i wouldn't be a proper grandmother if i didn't just say how proud i was of kezia!! - she looked adorable and she behaved impeccably all day - every wedding needs a kezia!!
